Article 335. Actions of the judge upon receipt of the application from the document holder

Should the court receive an application from the document holder before the expiration of a three-month period from the date of publication, the judge shall render a ruling by which he/she shall provide the person who declared the loss of the document with a time limit for filing a claim under standard procedure against the document holder to withdraw the document, and shall notify the document holder thereof. This time limit shall not exceed two months.
