Article 333. Content of publication

Civil procedure code of the Republic of Uzbekistan · Date: 22.01.2018 · In force

The publication shall contain:

1) Title of the court, which received the application on loss of the document;

2) Claimant's surname, name, patronymic and residence;

3) Title and distinctive features of the document;

4) Proposal to the holder of the document, the loss of which is claimed, to apply to the court within three months from the date of publication in mass media for his/her rights to that document.
