The application for recognition of property (item) as ownerless shall be filed by the body authorized to manage the State property or by the citizen's self-governance body with the court at the place of location of property (item).
The application shall specify the property (item) to be recognized as ownerless, as well as evidence proving impossibility to identify the property (item) owner or evidence of abandonment of the property (item) by the owner without intention to preserve ownership right to it.
