Article 29. Cases related to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city courts

The courts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city courts shall consider cases on adoption of a foreign citizen or stateless person who has applied, as well as other cases included in its competence by law.

The court of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional, Tashkent city courts, depending on the circumstances, may take any case from the inter-district, district (city) court on civil cases and accept it as a court of first instance or transfer the case from one court to another inter-district, district court.
