Article 2702. Time limits for action demand against the decisions of enterprises, institutions, organizations, public associations and actions (inaction) of their officials

Unless other time limits are set by this Code or other laws, the action demand against the decisions of enterprises, institutions, organizations, public associations and actions (inaction) of their officials may be claimed to court within three months from the moment when the citizen became aware of violation of his/her rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests.

The time limit of claiming an action demand against decisions of enterprises, institutions, organizations, public associations and actions (inaction) of their officials, missed for a valid reason may be restored by court.
