Article 270. Sending copies of judicial acts to the parties and other persons participating in the case

A copy of the judicial act is sent to the parties and other persons participating in the case no later than five days from the date of its issuance by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or handed over against signature, and if they have email addresses, it can be sent in the form of an electronic document.

In cases provided for by this Code, the court sends a copy of the judicial act to other persons.
