receive a full refund of the paid funds;
apply the payment made toward another course or study group;
reschedule learning to another date.
2.5. A refund request is submitted by the Customer through the Provider's official communication channels, with documents confirming the Customer's identity and the fact of payment attached.
2.6. The request is reviewed within 10 (ten) business days.
